Biography Highlight
Zhou Shengxian, male, Han nationality, is a native of Wuzhong, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. He was born in 1949, graduated from Wuzhou Teachers' School and joined the CPC in 1972.Zhu began his career as a teacher in Tongxian County. He also served as a deputy magistrate there. He later held various party leadership positions in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. He was appointed director of the State Forestry Administration in 2000.
